Food and Lodging

At Patagonia Paddle Institute our priority is providing quality, comfortable, and clean lodging. Choose from many shared or private lodging options including our mountain lodge, honeymoon tiny house, or even camping. Coming by yourself or with some friends? Try the Mountain lodge whose shared common area will make it easy to make new paddling buddies and share experiences about the improvements on the river. Looking for some privacy with your partner? The honeymoon tiny house is a great fit. Every day also ends with a soak in the large 12 personal wood fire hot tub to relax those sore muscles and get ready for another day of paddling development and adventure.”

Food, a mix of cultures from Chilean Chefs

Indulge in the tantalizing flavors of gourmet cuisine made by our owner’s wife Marta, who has learned her culinary skills from local Chilean chefs and from her travels outside of Chile. From savory empanadas to seafood dishes, each bite is a journey through Chile’s culture, infused with the influences of the many foreigners who have passed through our country. Let our exquisite meals be the perfect complement to your adventure, satisfying both your palate and your soul.
Each stay at Patagonia Paddle Institute includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Upon arrival you’ll be treated to a Chilean style asado (bbq), and you can look forward to another on the last night. Also, one night is spent dining in town – on us!

*drinks not included after the first cocktail or soft drink.
